Delete your account

Heads up: deleting your account permanently removes your profile and everything you’ve written on whatIf. This can’t be undone.

In the app (recommended)

  1. Open whatIf.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. Scroll to Danger Zone.
  4. Tap Delete Account and type DELETE to confirm.

By email

If you can’t open the app, email support@myind.ai from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll verify and process the request within 48 hours.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, @handle, and account details;
  • The what-ifs, branches, and replies you created;
  • Your likes, streaks, and XP.

Your content is removed from the app immediately and purged from backups within 30 days. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in the Apple App Store or Google Play first — deleting your account here does not stop store billing.
